MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field – IT or Computer Science

  • Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with various operating systems and hardware components

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and system optimization

  • 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set-up new computer systems, install hardware and software, configure networks (both LAN and WAN), and ensure proper functionality

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals, and replace faulty components

  • Identify and resolve computer problems, both hardware and software related, using diagnostic tools and techniques

  • Assist users with computer-related issues

  • Implement security measures to protect computer systems and networks, manage software updates and patches, and ensure data protection
