MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field – IT or Computer Science
Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with various operating systems and hardware components
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and system optimization
2 years of relevant working experience
Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up new computer systems, install hardware and software, configure networks (both LAN and WAN), and ensure proper functionality
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals, and replace faulty components
Identify and resolve computer problems, both hardware and software related, using diagnostic tools and techniques
Assist users with computer-related issues
Implement security measures to protect computer systems and networks, manage software updates and patches, and ensure data protection
