
HR Intern

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews), other HR and Admin works.
- Help in onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing documents, coordinating orientation schedules, etc.).
- Support the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR files.
- Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Assist in creating HR-related reports, presentations, and memos.
- Support training and development programs through scheduling, materials preparation, and feedback collection.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
