  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews), other HR and Admin works.
  • Help in onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing documents, coordinating orientation schedules, etc.).
  • Support the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR files.
  • Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Assist in creating HR-related reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Support training and development programs through scheduling, materials preparation, and feedback collection.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
