Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Internship Details:
- Duration: at least 300 hours
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Compensation: 150 per day
