About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and proactive HR Intern who will support the design and development of visual materials for our HR initiatives. This role combines creativity and communication — perfect for students who enjoy designing layouts, producing content, and contributing ideas that make people connect and engage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing collaterals for job postings, recruitment drives, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Create digital and print materials to support onboarding, training, and learning programs.
  • Provide graphic layout and content support for HR newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement activities.
  • Design visual materials to aid in the implementation of Management Trainee campaigns and other HR projects.
  • Assist in preparing content such as infographics, posters, and social media assets for HR communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Open to students from any course — no need to be from Marketing or Graphic Design, as long as you have the skills and passion for creative work.
  • Proficient in using editing and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
  • Must have own laptop with the necessary software for editing.
  • Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
