Solaric is at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution in the Philippines. For over ten years, we've been dedicated to designing and installing solar solutions for a wide range of applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, off-grid missionary projects, utility-scale farms, and even mobile applications on vehicles.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate, driven, and hardworking individuals who are committed to building a career in renewable energy and finding power solutions for our country.

Candidate Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

· Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field.

· Language: Proficient in both English and Filipino.

· Skills:

Management: Project management, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and quality management.

Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Problem-Solving: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and project recovery.

General: Organization, contract management, and business case writing.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and implementation of solar projects from inception to completion.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Track project deliverables and monitor progress, reporting regularly to management.

· Support, direct, and coach the project team to ensure successful outcomes.

· Lead quality assurance efforts and implement necessary changes to meet project outputs.

· Evaluate and assess project results to identify key learnings and improvements.

· Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
