  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain quality and deadlines.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor relationships to ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have

  • Proven experience managing property-related projects in the retail industry.
