Project Manager

About the Role

Our company is growing rapidly, and we need experienced Project Managers to drive key initiatives across various departments, including Sales, IT, and Marketing. You will be responsible for bringing structure to complex projects, ensuring they stay on track, and delivering results in a lean and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Organize: Develop detailed project plans that include scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Drive Execution: Lead project teams, run regular check-ins, and actively track progress against project milestones.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple departments to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
  • Track and Report: Prepare clear and concise status updates for leadership, highlighting key progress, blockers, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage Risks: Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues to prevent project delays.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams. You should be proficient in using project management software and have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: A PMP certification is highly valued, but your proven track record of successfully delivering projects is what we're looking for.
