Training Manager for a Leading Beauty Spa Chain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of beauty, wellness, and sales trainers
  • Conduct training for Branch Managers
  • Conduct regular TNAs to ensure all performance gaps are addressed
  • Manage the department's budget and KPI
  • Ensure all training reports are accurate and updated regularly

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in training for at least 2 years
  • Experience in training Branch Managers, Sales Personnel, and other leadership roles
  • Experience working for operations in the ff industries: Retail, Health & Wellness, Food Service, and other service oriented companies
  • Supervisory level roles are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City (Commonwealth Area)
