About the Role

As a Spa Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service aligned with hotel standards. This includes maintaining spa facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of reception, hosting, bookings, and reservations, as well as addressing all facility-related questions.

You will assist the Spa Manager in spa operations such as maintaining inventory of supplies and organizing departmental communication meetings. Additionally, you will oversee the training of all therapist colleagues, conduct departmental performance appraisals, and coordinate with body technician services with spa programs.

This role requires a graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and a Spa Therapist license is an advantage. A minimum of two years of experience with spa operations in a luxury hotel is also an asset.
