Training Manager for a Luxury Beauty Brand

We are a luxury beauty brand looking for an Training Manager. This person will be in charge of ensuring that key staff including sales associates, beauty consultants, and their managers receive the proper training and guidance. This person will deliver high-impact training programs that align with the brand's values and standards with the goal of increased productivity and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: College degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience: At least 5 years work experience in training, learning and development, and retail education. Preferably with direct exposure to luxury retail and/or luxury beauty brands.
