Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of business requirements gathering and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business operations and assess technology integration opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support stakeholders and project teams.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support solution design, implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements for business value.
  • Ensure traceability and clarity of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
