Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will harness data from multiple brands, systems, and distribution centers to power analysis, streamline processes, and guide strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone ready to dive into multi-system environments, drive harmonization, and enable data-driven growth. Your core responsibilities will be:

• Evaluate and integrate business processes and systems across multiple brands and acquisitions.

• Craft and optimize SQL queries to pull and analyze data from varied ERP, ecommerce, and legacy systems.

• Develop advanced reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA/macros) and MS Access, highlighting KPIs across inventory, vendor performance, and distribution efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and validate process improvement and system integration requirements.

• Analyze sales trends, pricing, fulfillment, and vendor metrics—providing actionable insights across brands

• Participate in design, testing (including UAT), and implementation of system enhancements or integrations supporting acquisition strategies.

• Ensure data integrity, clean-ups, and documentation in consolidated environments.

• Present findings and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years as a business/data analyst in distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or related industries.

• Strong SQL skills - expertise in writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries.

• Advanced Excel proficiency - pivot tables, charts, macros/VBA.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Access (database design, forms, reporting).

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in multi-system environments.

• Excellent communication - capable of translating technical data into business insights.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing shifting priorities.

• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.

• Willingness to work the evening shift, starting at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM Manila Time.

• A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps (download and upload).

• A high-performance PC with the following specifications:

- Minimum quad-core processor (2.5 GHz or higher

- At least 8GB of RAM

- Minimum 250GB SSD hard drive

- Windows 10 or newer

- Dual monitor setup

- HD webcam and a noise-canceling headset

- Installed Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems and distribution platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Infor).

• Knowledge of ecommerce systems, SKU data flow, and multi-channel integration.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of imaging supplies, copier/printer parts, and OEM/compatible consumables.

• Experience supporting integration during acquisitions or mergers.
