We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Analyst with at least 5 years of proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing system solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# .NET for API development and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MS SQL databases. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
  • Design and develop APIs using C# .NET to support system integrations and business applications.
  • Create system specifications, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and MS SQL to design, optimize, and maintain database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Support the software development lifecycle from analysis to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise in C# .NET (API development, RESTful services).
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL and MS SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with systems integration, data mapping, and workflow design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (nice to have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in API and database development.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
