• Lead daily operations of fiat wallet services including cash in/out, bills payments, and other transactional workflows with a strong focus on reliability, timeliness, and accuracy in settlement processes.
• Oversee the full fiat transaction lifecycle: from initiation, backend processing, exception handling, to reconciliation and final settlement across partner banks and networks (e.g., Bancnet).
• Monitor real-time transaction flows and dashboards to proactively detect and resolve service issues, coordinating across internal teams and external partners for rapid incident handling and resolution.
• Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, providing clear goals, mentorship, and support in building scalable operational processes that prioritize customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Analyze weekly KPIs and operational metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in payment conversion rates, processing turnaround time, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to shape backend systems and processes that automate key workflows while ensuring full auditability and risk controls.
• Own operational readiness for new features, payment partners, and business initiatives ensuring smooth go-to-market execution from an operations standpoint.
• Ensure adherence to all internal controls and regulatory requirements related to fiat money movement, customer funds handling, and transaction monitoring.
• Interface with key external stakeholders including banks, e-wallets, payment gateways, and clearing houses to strengthen operational reliability and resolve partner-related issues.
• Occasionally handle various ad hoc tasks and contribute to project development under the payments initiative.

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in fiat operations, settlement, or payments infrastructure in a fintech, digital bank, or financial institution, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or related fields; advanced understanding of financial operations, payments infrastructure, and reconciliation processes is a plus.
• Proven experience overseeing high-volume transaction systems and managing daily operational KPIs, including escalation handling, downtime response, and root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and process optimization skills; fluent in operational metrics and comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Excel and dashboards.
• Strong communicator in both English and Filipino, with experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, compliance officers, and external vendors.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability you think big-picture but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and operational demands.
• Willing to be available for possible on-call or incident management support when necessary.
