Job Overview

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for an experienced Payment Systems Operator Specialist with a strong background in the Operator of Payment System (OPS) framework. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient, secure, and compliant operation of payment processing activities in line with BSP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of payment systems following BSP OPS guidelines
  • Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth payment processing
  • Implement operational controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare accurate operational and compliance reports for management and regulators

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payment systems operations, preferably with BSP OPS exposure
  • Strong knowledge of BSP regulations related to payment systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and payment processing systems
