Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and activation targets for FTTH connections and e-load revenue.
  • Manage distributor and MSP partner performance: recruit new partners, train agent sellers (acquisition-only) and retailers (eload + acquisition), monitor productivity, and address operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate the field installation ecosystem: ensure installers and technicians deployed by partners meet installation schedules, quality standards, and KPI targets (install-to-activate time, first-time fix, etc.).
  • Oversee inventory for channel partners and field teams: modems, ONUs, install kits—monitor stock-outs, reorder points, and distribution to partners.
  • Drive local market activation and product awareness: support community-based events, retail merchandising, agent campaigns, and promotional activations in collaboration with distributors.
  • Ensure customer service and retention through partners: track churn rates, after-sales service quality, e-load uptake via retail/agent channels, and collaborate with service fulfilment teams on subscriber satisfaction.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across internal departments (Trade Marketing, Service Fulfilment, Business Development) to ensure channel operations, field activities and sales objectives are fully integrated.
