  • Providing technical support and guidance to construction workers
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
