We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team supporting clients across Western Australia. This is a full-time, hybrid set-up where you'll play a vital role in sourcing top talent, mapping markets, and maintaining high-quality candidate data. Your Client:
Join a progressive, fast-paced recruitment team specializing in technical, engineering, and professional markets across Western Australia. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that values accuracy, initiative, and teamwork. Using modern cloud-based systems and best-practice recruitment methods, you'll help deliver exceptional service to clients in industries such as Mining, Energy, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Engineering Services.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the following:
Proven experience in recruitment resourcing, ideally within engineering, industrial, or professional services.Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work efficiently across different time zones.Familiarity with Australian markets (preferred but not essential).Demonstrated ability to meet key performance expectations, such as timely presentation of shortlisted candidates, accurate candidate submissions, and maintaining high data quality in the CRM.Proactive mindset with a focus on contributing market intelligence, talent insights, and supporting team objectives.Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals while ensuring timely delivery of shortlisted candidates.Conducting initial screening calls and preparing accurate, well-structured candidate summaries aligned with client briefs.Building and maintaining structured talent pools across key sectors, contributing proactive talent insights and market intelligence to the team.Mapping passive candidates, company structures, and key market data to support current and future recruitment projects.Maintaining high standards of data integrity by ensuring complete, clean, and accurate candidate records within the CRM at all times.Collaborating closely with consultants to prioritize active and upcoming projects, ensuring consistent communication and responsiveness across all stages.Providing weekly sourcing updates and observations on market trends, candidate availability, or salary movements to support strategic decision-making.Benefits of working with us:
