Bookkeeper

Core responsibilities:
- Recordkeeping: Accurately record all daily financial transactions, including income and expenses, and post them to the correct accounts.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and handle client invoicing and collections.
- Payroll: Accurately process payroll, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing payments on time.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, and assist with other reports.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of bookkeeping experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is crucial.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management are essential for accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, assets, and liabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
