We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated Bookkeeper to join our on-site team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a background in accounting or finance, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Handle credit card statement management, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
  • Process daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in the general ledger.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information at all times.
  • Analyze discrepancies in accounts and resolve issues promptly.
  • Record and monitor cash receipts, investments, and payroll bookings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances.
  • Conduct general ledger reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end financial close, including reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Meticulous and thoroughin reviewing data, and reports
