Key Responsibilities

  • Support bidding activities, solution design, and contract negotiations to ensure project feasibility during the pre-sales stage.
  • Identify and manage project risks while delivering based on set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
  • Establish clear governance and reporting structures, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance team capability by mentoring engineers and subcontractors through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5-10 years of project management experience in civil works or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction.
  • Hands-on experience in site surveys, structural design, AC/DC power systems, and industry implementation standards.

  • Preferred Certifications:
    PMP, Uptime ATD, or relevant Civil Work/MEP certifications (local/domestic).

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and MEP construction site operations.
  • Knowledge of local construction laws and permit requirements in the Philippines.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural management.
  • Strong team management experience with the ability to lead project teams of 20 or more members.
