Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for process automation and improvements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as , n8n, Zapier, and other automation platforms.
  • Integrate various applications to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to effectively utilize new automation solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize existing workflows to enhance performance and ensure reliability.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI models and large language models (LLMs) to implement relevant technologies in automation solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions for future reference and training.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process enhancement through automation.
  • Implement efficient automated workflows that meet business requirements and improve productivity.
  • Engage with stakeholders in training and support, ensuring they are equipped to utilize new systems effectively.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of automation performance and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by proposing new ideas and technologies that can enhance operational processes.

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in relevant roles).
  • Proficiency in one or more automation platforms (e.g., , n8n, Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of data integration and application programming interfaces (APIs).
  • Familiarity with AI models and LLMs, including their application in process automation.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar for custom automation solutions.
  • Experience with both low- and high-level documentation and process mapping techniques.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in training and support.
  • Background in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Any certifications related to automation tools or AI technologies.
