About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Branch Service Officer to join our Cagayan De Oro Branch of City Savings Bank. As a Branch Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail banking clients. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers at the branch, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
  2. Process cheque deposits, cash payments, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
  6. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch by supporting team goals and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
