About the Role

, you will support the smooth flow of goods by preparing, reviewing, and managing documentation for international shipments. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time deliveries.

What you'll be working on:

  • Prepare and manage packing lists, order confirmations, and purchase orders.
  • Track and update shipment schedules, ETAs, and related reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for timely pre-alerts and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for compliance and audits.
  • Support local order coordination and warehouse transfers.
