Front Office Supervisor

- Staff Management:Train, coach, and schedule front office staff, acting as a role model for service standards.
- Guest Services:Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.
- Operational Oversight:Monitor and manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Administrative Duties:Oversee billing and payment processes, manage front desk supplies, and maintain organized records.
- Problem Resolution:Address and resolve issues and complaints from guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adherence to Standards:Ensure all front office policies, procedures, and service standards are followed by staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership and Communication:Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for managing staff and interacting with guests.
- Customer Service:A customer-focused mindset and proven experience in customer relations are crucial.
- Operational Skills:Proficiency in front desk software and computer systems, as well as strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Adaptability:The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Experience:Typically requires experience in a front desk or related hospitality role, with some positions preferring a degree in hospitality management.
