ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Technical Writer supports the Corporate Governance Department Head in the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate policies, control standards, and standard operating procedures, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure governance frameworks align with regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) year-experience in writing corporate policies, control standards, and standard operating procedures.
  • Proven track record writing policies, control standards, and standard operating procedures that meet both internal and external audit requirements in a regulated or standards-driven environment.
  • Exceptional command of professional English, including grammar, style, and positive framing.
  • Proficiency with Document Management Systems such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills in translating complex policies, control standards, and standard operating procedures into concise step-by-step documentation.
  • Experience in technical writing for a bank or financial institution regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, with alignment to international standards, is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
