The Permits and Licenses Officer (Pre Docs Supervisor) shall be primarily responsible for the compilation, drafting, completion, and systematic organization of project permit application files. Ensures that all permit applications are prepared with accuracy and submitted in a timely and complete manner.
This is an on-site role based in our Angeles City office and additional one in Cabanatuan. Travel to project sites and government offices are required.
Furthermore, the Pre-Documentation Supervisor shall extend support to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, as may be necessary or as directed.
Qualifications:
- Must be graduate of Business Management or any 4-year related course
- Minimum of 3-years experience in securing permits and transacting with government agencies and providers
- Experience with building permits, zoning clearances, environmental compliance certificates, and real estate development licenses
