Job Summary:

The Head of LuvPark Division/Operations Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of the parking business unit, including strategic planning, sales growth, operational excellence, and team management. This role ensures the smooth and profitable running of all parking facilities under the LuvPark brand, while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all LuvPark parking facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets and operational goals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, customer service, and maintenance.
  • Drive sales initiatives, including client acquisition, B2B partnerships, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Identify and implement technology and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior management.
