Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations with a strong background in U.S. mortgage or financial services. The ideal candidate has solid BPO experience, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of mortgage servicing processes. This role is responsible for leading teams, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a mortgage or financial services account, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes such as origination, underwriting, escrow, foreclosure, or customer service.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/mortgage servicing platforms.
- Knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations and compliance is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in improving operational workflows and meeting client SLAs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
