Responsibilities

· Manage the founder's inbox and WhatsApp groups, prioritizing and suggesting responses.

· Organize to-do lists and manage the founder's calendar.

· Book appointments and coordinate with team members.

· Delegate tasks and provide admin support using BrightManager.

· Support the office manager with administrative duties as assigned.

· Handle client communications professionally on behalf of the practice.

· Process administrative tasks such as document management, filing, data entry, and maintaining digital records.

· Assist with personal tasks and diaries as needed.

· Create workflows, streamline processes, and proactively make suggestions for efficiency.

· Conduct research to support staff and improve practice operations.

· Learn and utilize systems including BrightManager, GoProposal, Todoist, Outlook, and work with AI tools.

Requirements

· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Ability to work both independently and within a team.

· Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented.

· Highly organized and dependable in admin support roles.

· Strong communication skills for client interaction.

· Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.

· Experience making recommendations to improve processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php300.00 per hour
