Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from clients regarding travel and cruise bookings.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
