Guest Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from clients regarding travel and cruise bookings.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Assist clients in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
