Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro); Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint design and MS Office; Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is an advantage.

Experience:
at least 3 years of experience in creative production / design execution

We at Coforge are hiring a Brand and Marketing Assistant Manager with the following skillset:

Qualifications:


• University degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.


• Minimum 5-8 years of design experience and client relationship management.


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite


• Ability to produce high-quality documents and visual assets


• Experience developing templates and style guides preferable.


• Some knowledge of UX/UI principles and familiarity with CMS platforms preferable.

Experience:


• Proven experience in a professional services or corporate environment


• Strong understanding of design principles


• Some understanding of proposal processes


• Ability to manage multiple design projects and stakeholder relationships autonomously


• Demonstrated ability to provide original and creative concepts that support business development

Key relationships:


• Internal: Directors, Senior Managers, Creative Team members, Marketers, Digital Team members collaboration, and feedback.

Autonomous decision-making

Independently determine design priorities and production elements for each project
