About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by increasing foot traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain high standards in store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
  • Analyze customer trends and propose strategies to grow market share
  • Handle customer concerns and staff issues with professionalism
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
  • Represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Will collaborate and work along with the Store Manager

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager or similar role in retail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A bacherlor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  • Willing to be assigned to Alabang Town Center
