Job Summary

We are establishing a new Sales Assistant Department to centralize order management for U.S. and Southeast Asian markets. The Sales Assistant will support overseas sales operations by handling order processing, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using ERP (Syteline).
  • Maintain customer, product, and pricing data.
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounting for delivery and billing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on orders, inventory, and lead times.
  • Support transition of order management from Japan and overseas offices.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in sales support or order processing (preferably in manufacturing/trading).
  • Knowledge of order-to-delivery process.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred but not required:

  • Japanese language skills.
  • Experience with Syteline ERP.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:15 PM
  • Weekends and holidays off

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
