Technical Project Manager — Project Elevate (AI Transformation in Education)

Location: Manila (with regional travel as needed)

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (8 months, with possible extension)

About Project Elevate:

Join YEAPS Corporation's nationwide initiative to modernize education through Microsoft 365 Copilot. Project Elevate empowers teachers and administrators to leverage AI assistants for lesson planning, collaboration, and productivity.

Role Overview:

As Technical Project Manager, you'll lead the operational rollout of Project Elevate, coordinating schedules, training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions. You'll work closely with clients, educators, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and education stakeholders
  • Oversee billing, documentation, and compliance
  • Lead client sessions to define project scope and deliverables
  • Manage communication campaigns and training programs
  • Deliver regular progress reports and post-training evaluations

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years' project/program management experience (education, tech, or digital transformation preferred)
  • Experience working with government agencies or external partners
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and AI tools
  • Experience in training or digital upskilling initiatives is a plus
