Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, for a Technical Account Manager, Customer Experience. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and account management for customers using our AI-powered platforms. Daily tasks will include liaising with customers to understand their needs, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering product training, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of NiCE solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Technical Problem-Solving Skills
  • Account Management and Customer Relationship Management Skills
  • Experience with AI-Powered Platforms and Systems Integration
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Experience in Customer Experience or Customer Success roles is a plus
  • Relevant Technical Certifications or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
