Technical Project Manager (Project Elevate – AI in Education)

Location:
Manila (with some regional travel)

Type:
Full-time, Project-Based (8 months, possible extension)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the rollout of an AI transformation program for schools across the country
  • Coordinate schedules, training, and communication with educators and stakeholders
  • Oversee billing, documentation, and project deliverables
  • Manage communication campaigns and training programs
  • Ensure smooth adoption of AI-powered tools in education

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years' experience in project/program management (education or tech preferred)
  • Experience working with government agencies or large organizations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and AI tools
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat
  • Teach prompt creation, AI workflows, and real-world use cases
  • Customize training for different learner groups (educators, professionals)
  • Create reference materials and provide post-training support

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in technical training or AI adoption coaching
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Chat
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Background in education, IT consulting, or digital transformation
