Urgent Opportunity: Director of Facilities

Location

We are seeking an experienced Director of Facilities to lead strategic planning and operations for our multi-site facilities. This role ensures our workspaces are safe, efficient, and scalable to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term facilities strategy.
  • Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety.
  • Manage real estate expansion, site selection, leasing, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Handle vendor management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and integrate smart technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in facilities/property management, 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven experience with multi-site operations and large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
