DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administers daily and periodic operations and administrative requirements.
• Assists in the billing and collections process.
• Reviews invoices and facilitates the payment requisition process to stakeholders.
• Oversees the renovation, construction, and fit-out works of the facility.
• Manages all administrative requirements of the clinic and its submission of required reports and documentation.
• Coordinates with the Administrative Manager in the request for messengers and facility/maintenance personnel.
• Supervises the housekeeping personnel including schedule planning.
• In-charge of the monitoring, application, and renewal of business permits, sanitary permits, and other local licenses required for operations.
• Coordinates with stakeholders involved in facility management.
• Coordinates with the mall/building administration for securing of permits and other administrative functions.
• Coordinates with the Biomedical Technician in the safe transport of machines and equipment going in and out of the facility.
• Involves in the preparation and monitoring of the yearly budget.
• Assists in the preparation and coordination of meetings involving the Board of Directors and stockholders.
• Ensures proper safekeeping and timely submission and approval of administrative documents, reports, and agenda.
• Arranges the mailing of documents to different facilities, companies, and offices.
• Attends administrative meetings.
• Functions as the Pollution Control Officer of the facility.
• Acts as a Liaison Officer, whenever required, with external stakeholders.
• Manages the inventory of office and medical supplies, excluding medications.
