Job Responsibilities:

  • Check/inspect, test and monitor standard specifications from raw materials, in-process, finished goods and storage (if applicable) based on established specification guides;
  • Comply with and implement the hygienic practices (e.g. personal hygiene, equipment, tools, work areas) based on established quality system i.e. 5S, SSOP, GMP, HACCP;
  • Responsible in keeping and maintaining records;

    Maintain cleanliness of test equipment and (shared) work area
  • Practice accountability and effective communication among the members of the department;
  • Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
  • Check and test the quality of finished goods (FG); must be able to identify defects among FG(s) if any

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / BS Food Technology
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience on Meat processing, knowledge on Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Procedures for Food Preparation
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledgeable in Computer applications
  • With good attention to details and follow up
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and able to lead with own initiative
