Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize material flow, labor utilization, and equipment performance.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and layout planning to streamline operations.
  • Support production planning and capacity analysis to align with demand forecasts and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor key production metrics (yield, efficiency, OEE, waste) and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth production flow and quality compliance.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, etc.) and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food processing or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in process analysis and improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (or similar), and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
