Job Description: Manual Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will perform thorough manual testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure the highest quality product delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), the ability to write and execute detailed test cases, and effective collaboration with senior QA members and development teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications to validate functionality, usability, and consistency across different devices and browsers.
  • Understand and adhere to the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes to ensure systematic and efficient testing.
  • Analyze requirements and design, write, review, and execute detailed test cases to cover all possible scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects or issues using bug tracking tools, ensuring they are addressed and closed promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with senior QA team members, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Participate in test planning, reviews, and discussions to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Report testing progress and results clearly and timely to project managers and team leads.
