Processing Officer

Position Summary:
The support service personnel shall assist in the Processing Section in the documentary and technical review of disbursement vouchers related to CIAC's infrastructure projects to ensure that all documents supporting the claims are proper and compliant with contractual provisions and government issued rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates the technical aspect of contracts for infrastructure projects.
Verifies that claimed accomplishments are consistent with project plans, specifications, and actual physical progress through random inspection.
Coordinates with the Engineering and other concerned departments for clarification and verification of project-related documents.
Provides technical input to Finance in determining compliance of documents with infrastructure disbursement requirements.
Prepares technical evaluation reports as attachments to infrastructure-related DVs as applicable.
Recommends actions based on discrepancies noted in technical documents or billings.
Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php42,053.00 per month
