ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Associate to support the daily administrative and logistics operations of LEC Steel Manufacturing Corporation. The role ensures smooth office workflow, timely documentation, and efficient coordination with internal departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin Department and other units as needed.
- Manage document filing, encoding, and recordkeeping for permits, reports, and company documents.
- Coordinate logistics and facilities-related concerns (supplies, repairs, utilities, office equipment, etc.).
- Assist in monitoring company assets, ID issuance, gate passes, and other administrative controls.
- Process requests for office supplies, materials, and consumables.
- Support procurement activities by preparing canvass sheets, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Assist in handling company permits, compliance requirements, and scheduling of renewals.
- Prepare administrative reports and track deadlines or project timelines.
- Support company events, meetings, and communication activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of administrative experience (manufacturing setting is an advantage).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
