The Commercial Operations Coordinator plays a dual role in ensuring smooth coordination between the Sales and Operations departments. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, supporting sales performance, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient workflow between sales and operations teams.
  • Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and service execution to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
  • Assist in sales performance tracking, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align operational resources with client demands.
  • Manage documentation, records, and reports related to both operational and sales activities.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a communication bridge between sales and operations to address issues, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes.
  • Support inventory management and ensure product/service availability for sales commitments.
  • Assist in training and guiding staff in sales and operational best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a food distributor or operations management position will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in both operations and sales coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.
