Management Specialist to join our team and help us migrate knowledge articles in ServiceNow.

Position Overview: As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for

developing and maintaining knowledge articles in ServiceNow. You will work closely with our

knowledge management team to migrate user-friendly and easily accessible knowledge articles

into our knowledgebase.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand knowledge

requirements.


• Create, edit, and maintain knowledge articles in ServiceNow, ensuring they are accurate,

clear, and concise.


• Develop and implement knowledge articles per best practices and standards.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in ServiceNow and knowledge

management practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Knowledge

Management, or a related field.


• At least 1 year of technical writing experience or content management, anything web-based content is a plus.


• Proven experience in creating and managing knowledge articles in ServiceNow.


• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.


• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using ServiceNow and other knowledge management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in a similar industry or domain.


• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.


• Familiarity with other knowledge management systems and tools.


• Certification in ServiceNow or knowledge management
