Summary: This exciting opportunity offers a qualified and interested candidate a key contributor role that combines analytics and data governance skills. The candidate will work with a Global Privacy team member to strengthen privacy reporting and reporting governance, as well as document and manage program metrics, and data transformation activities. The role includes enhancing existing reporting and data management components to align with the future-state strategy and governance model while coordinating with other control function data analytics functions. The position focuses on building processes, documentation, and reporting structures that support privacy program maturity and provide defensible, reliable insights for decision-making.

Key Outcome: Creating a privacy reporting function that enables measurable privacy compliance and performance. With that privacy layer, the reports become support of the Global Privacy Program's governance and accountability.

The role requires both technical data analytics skills as well as documentation and organization of the following key areas of focus:


• Power BI Dashboard Management & Data Transformation: Power BI reporting inventories, sources, design, and data validations, and data transformations.


• Metrics & Reporting: Metric inventories and calculations, Reporting design and preparation, development of reporting narrative, data patterns, and insights.


• Reporting & Data Governance: Business requirements, process flow, issue and exception management, roles and responsibilities, and SOPs.


• Power BI Dashboard Management & Data Transformation: Supporting Power BI-Dashboard design, data repository alignment, supporting dashboard troubleshooting and validation.

Technical Skills


• PowerBI data visualization and data analytics


• Includes, analyzing structured and unstructured data using data visualization, manipulation, and statistical methods to identify patterns, anomalies, relationships, and trends.


• DB2 database management and data transformations


• Includes, acquiring data from disparate data sources using API's, SQL


• Includes, Transforming data using SQL and Python.


• OneTrust privacy management platform, or related application


• Metric and dashboard development


• Reporting presentation development

Soft Skills:


• A risk and control mindset and an ability to learn new skills and knowledge through self-initiation


• Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to present complex information with simplicity across technical and operational levels.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize on objectives, e.g., reporting.


• Ability to create, manage, and organize documents effectively that supports knowledge transfer and decision making.
