IT Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of IT solutions to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
● Sales and Business Development:
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT products and services, including managed IT services, hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
○ Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
○ Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
○ Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
○ Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
● Product Knowledge and Expertise:
○ Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and trends.
○ Collaborate with technical teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's offerings and how they can benefit clients.
● Achieving Sales Targets:
○ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
○ Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
● Collaboration and Coordination:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
○ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
○ Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to influence product/service offerings.
Qualifications
● Educational Background:
○ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
● Experience:
○ Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
○ Experience selling managed IT services, software, hardware, or cloud solutions is highly desirable.
● Technical Skills:
○ Strong understanding of IT solutions, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
○ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Soft Skills:
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
