Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related customer service or support role.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other productivity tools.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Business proficient level of English is required for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in BPO, eBay support, or ticket handling systems is an advantage.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Preferably residing within or near Pampanga.
- Willing to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support to customers via calls, emails, live chat/text, and social media.
- Handle ticket management and ensure all issues are documented and resolved efficiently.
- Assist customers with automotive audio, stereo parts, stereo harnesses, and facia compatibility for plug-and-play installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Logistics, E-Commerce) to address client concerns.
- Conduct product consultations to guide customers on specifications and features of head units and accessories.
- Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and expert advice.
Knowledge or experience in automotive audio and electronics is a big plus
A basic understanding of automotive audio systems is helpful for providing effective customer support.
