Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Technical Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions across cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and adherence to quality standards and project objectives.

What the role will entail

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, resource assignments, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business functions
  • Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and technical governance
  • Monitor delivery metrics, budgets, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive Agile and DevOps practices to foster efficient execution and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern delivery frameworks
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) and experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed teams
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex software or infrastructure projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
